Three separate tilt-up concrete buildings totaling 28,586 square feet.  Buildings are located on separate parcels with common parking and vehicle circulation areas to facilitate individual building ownership and common maintenance of the complex.  The two identical 8,148 square foot buildings were purchased separate owners and divided for multiple office users. The third 12,290 square foot building includes dock loading and was purchased and occupied by a retail user.

Two 30,000 square foot tilt-up concrete buildings with grade and dock level loading. The buildings are designed for use by multiple tenants and is located adjacent to an office complex.

Tali Building
Tualatin, Oregon
A 17,000 square foot tilt-up concrete building with grade and dock level loading. The building was designed for use by two separate tenants.  Pin piling foundations were required.  An existing parking and truck circulation area was modified to accommodate an adjacent building and required a storm water filtration system.

Three separate 35,000 square foot tilt-up concrete buildings with both grade level loading and dock loading areas.

Wildrose Commerce Center
Sherwood, Oregon
Two 50,000 square foot tilt-up concrete buildings. The project required extensive site preparation work and construction of a public roadway as part of the project.

Wymore Transfer and Storage Buildings-Phase 1, 2 and 3
Clackamas, Oregon
Phased construction of three large tilt-up concrete buildings featured rail service and dock loading.  The Phase One building included the initial trucking and storage facility for Wymore Trucking. Phase Two included a 45,000 square foot addition to the original building. The Phase Three building was a separate 100,000 square foot structure designed for high pile storage.
