Bowco Industries

A 30,000 square foot tilt-up concrete building with an open-web steel joist roof structure and a wood framed second floor storage mezzanine.  The building houses offices, high pile rack storage, manufacturing equipment with a floor mounted crane, and a isolated “dirty room” with a separate grade level loading door for specialty fabrications.  Special hoods and air filters are required for the buildings manufacturing processes.  High efficiency lighting and motion sensors provide energy efficient operation in the warehouse and manufacturing areas.  The building and site are designed and prepared to accommodate a future 15,000 square foot addition.

A 50,000 square foot building tilt-up concrete building provides for  vending equipment and product storage, an equipment repair area and vehicle maintenance garage high and low exterior loading dock. The first floor office and reception area also includes a conference room with a vertical lift glass door that allows expansion into the two story entry lobby space.  The wood framed second floor executive office area includes space for expansion.  The paved and fenced exterior vehicle storage area required extensive site preparation and drainage

A 20,400 square foot, tilt-up concrete building with steel joist and girder roof structure.  First floor office area includes a two story lobby, sales offices, an employee break room, a maintenance shop and testing area.  The 2,800 square foot, wood framed second floor includes corporate offices and a tasting room.  The warehouse with dock high and grade level loading includes areas for coffee roasting and packaging equipment and racked storage.  The site is planned and prepared for a 15,000 square foot warehouse addition.

A 50,000 square foot tilt-up concrete building designed for specialized manufacturing equipment and the building included Phases 1, 2, 3, and 4 as well as expansion and remodel of the second story offices.  Electrical services were expanded to accommodate new equipment for the expanding business.

A 12,000 square foot tilt-up concrete building with rigid steel frame and metal roofing designed for the fabrication of chainlink fencing products and accessories.

Northwest Precision Equipment
Oregon City, Oregon
A 50,000 square foot tilt-up concrete building designed for specialized manufacturing equipment and company offices.  The building included a clean room and the warehouse was designed for a separate tenant to allow for future expansion. 

Ray’s Food Service

A tilt-up concrete building with attached offices designed for storage and distribution of specialty food products.  The project consisted of four phases.


SP Recycling

A 50,000 square foot building that houses special recycling and trash sorting equipment.  Design required 30-foot clear height as well as heavily reinforced concrete floors for equipment mounting and truck access and deep floor recesses to accommodate equipment.  An exterior truck scale.
