As a general contractor, Mega Pacific relies heavily on the skill and quality of work performed by our subcontractors.


Every project is different and it is important for us to know about you and your company capabilities when we receive your bid and pricing on our projects.  The relationship between Mega Pacific and our subcontractors is based on trust and we will not shop bid numbers that are provided by our subcontractors and suppliers.


On our negotiated Design-Build projects, many of our subcontractors and suppliers are selected to participate in the design and value engineering process and are instrumental in the success of the project. 


If you would like to be added to our bidders list please fill out a Subcontractor Pre-Qualification form and submit it to our office prior to bid time.

Subcontractor Insurance Requirements

Subcontractor Safety Program
Jobsite safety is a critical part of our services to our clients.  Every subcontract is required to have a safety program in place prior to performing work on our jobsites.


Mega Pacific Standard Subcontractor Billing Form
To speed up and track our payments to subcontractors and suppliers, Mega Pacific has implemented the use of a standardized billing form.  The form is required with all subcontractor and supplier billings.  It may be used in lieu of your standard invoice form or be attached to your company invoice.  An electronic copy of the form is available upon request.

Bidding and Quoting
Please submit your bid to our main office via fax at least one hour to the published bid time or as noted on the Invitation to Bid form that you received from our office.

Plans for our projects are available for review in our main office.  Plans for most of our projects are also available on-line or can be emailed directly to you.
